I joined Coffee Shop Launchpad when opening my own coffee shop was still just an idea. Since then, the project has developed into a real concept and I’m now discussing an actual location and negotiating the lease.

I am the owner of Soul Coffee, a specialty coffee take away in Gijon, and I contacted Juan because although the business was not going badly (since sales kept growing) the financial return and the profit never quite showed up.
I started a mentorship to be able to see the failures and get a second look at the coffee shop in general.
I must say that so far it has been a great help, and above all, because I was very demotivated and he has made me see that the business really is not going badly, but that certain expenses need to be adjusted that are hard to see and are the ones that drain you day by day.
